Jeeyon Shim is an award-winning writer and game designer, multimedia artist, and outdoor educator based in California. She is known for a prolific body of work with lyrical prose, innovative mechanics, and a consistent ability to create transformative connections between players and the world around them. She likes dirt, animals, making things with her hands, and green growing things.

Media outlets that feature Jeeyon's work include Slate, The Verge, Polygon, and Shut Up and Sit Down. In August 2021 she received the Diana Jones Emerging Designer Award in its inaugural year, making her the first designer to win distinction with the award. In October 2021 she and Shing Yin Khor received the IndieCade Best Live Action Game award for their collaboration on Field Guide To Memory.

A fantasy horror game about a band of travelers who seek shelter in the maw of a tavern that never wants to let them go. "D&D meets House of Leaves."
